Jamaican born artist Herbie Rose (1930 - 2017) was often considered to be "intuitive" due to his use of bright colours and the naivety of his entertaining Caribbean scenes. His highly collectible work hangs in many galleries.
His paintings and prints are part of collections throughout the United States, Canada and Europe and were used to promote Jamaica during the Summer Games 1992 in Barcelona
